บทคัดย่อ
This research is to apply rice straw as a material for cultivated gray oyster mushroom in a cylinder plastic bag. Using different supplements to increase mushroom development was found that the fresh weight of mushroom that was supplemented was different. There was a statistically difference at the 0.05 level (p<0.05). The supplement contains 10 g of urea, 20 g of limestone, 10 g of dolomite and 10 g of gypsum. It has a very average live weight of 1365.00 g/bag and the control methods are 100% rice straw material has the lowest average fresh weight 529.00 g/bag The biological efficiency was 10 grams of urea-infused rice straw, 20 grams of limestone, 10 grams of dolomite, and 10 grams of gypsum will have the highest average, 94.14% as for the 100% rice straw culture material, the mean biological efficiency was the least at 29.80%.The results of the experiment showed that A supplement containing 10 g of urea, 20 g of limestone, 10 g of dolomite and 10 g of gypsum as a supplement. can help increase productivity as well able to apply such techniques.
