บทคัดย่อ

การเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นหนึ่งในทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งให้บุคคลเกิดความตระหนักรู้อย่างลึกซึ้ง ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงความคาดหวังที่คุ้นชินและมีมุมมองที่เกิดการบูรณาการเพื่อเปิดรับสิ่งใหม่ ๆ ทำให้สามารถตัดสินใจเลือกหรือกระทำสิ่งต่าง ๆ บนพื้นฐานใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้น การนำแนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงมาปรับใช้ในสถานการณ์การที่มีการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 จึงมีความสำคัญ เนื่องจากการประกาศมาตรการปิดสถานศึกษาทำให้นักศึกษาไม่สามารถไปเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยได้ตามปกติ ดังนั้นการเรียนทางไกลรูปแบบต่าง ๆ จึงเข้ามามีบทบาทมากยิ่งขึ้น บทความวิชาการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกระตุ้นให้อาจารย์ได้นำแนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงไปใช้ในการสอนแต่ละรายวิชาที่ต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในสถานการณ์การที่มีการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจัดการเรียนการสอนภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา แนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง กระบวนการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง และการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล
