บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในเขตอำเภอเมือง อำเภอบ้านกรวด อำเภอสตึก อำเภอกระสัง และอำเภอห้วยราชในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการวิจัยสามารถนำไปพัฒนาความรู้ด้านบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนต่อไป ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ อำเภอบ้านกรวด อำเภอสตึก อำเภอกระสัง และอำเภอห้วยราช จำนวน 50 คน และได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับมา จำนวน 50 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านบัญชี ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในเขตอำเภอเมือง อำเภอบ้านกรวด อำเภอสตึก อำเภอกระสัง และอำเภอห้วยราช จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากจำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชี ด้านระบบบัญชี ด้านบัญชีต้นทุนและด้านทักษะทั่วไป และด้านภาษีอากรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คำสำคัญ : การพัฒนาความรู้ ความรู้ด้านบัญชี กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to investigate the need on developing accounting knowledge of Small and Micro Community Enterprise in Muang District, Baankruad District, Satuek District, Krasang District, and Huayrat District, Buriram Province. The result of the study was used to develop accounting knowledge of Small and Micro Community Enterprise. The data were collected at Small and Micro Community Enterprise in Muang District, Baankruad District, Satuek District, Krasang District, and Huayrat District. The questionnaire was used as research instrument to collect the data. The questionnaire was then completed by 50 participants (100%). The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, frequency, and Standard Deviation (S.D) The findings revealed that :The personnel in the Small and Micro Community Enterprise need on developing accounting knowledge of Small and Micro Community Enterprise in Muang District, Baankruad District, Satuek District, Krasang District, and Huayrat District, Buriram Province in overall and in aspect were at much level in 4 aspects as follows: knowledge in book keeping, accounting system, cost accounting, and general skills, meanwhile, the taxation was at moderate level.
