This research aimed to study the growth of Krachai-Dang grown in organic materials, phenolic content and antioxidant activity. The results of the study showed that Krachai-Dang has height increased overtime there was no statistical difference between 15 and 30 days (p>0.05) but when the 90 day period was statistically different (p<0.05). The treatment in pig manure mixed with rice husk ratio 1:1 had the highest average height of 17.50 cm. The treatment that was grown in sandy loam had the lowest average height of 12.66 cm. when looking at the phenolic compounds, the were found to be statistically different (p<0.05), process grown in chicken manure mixed with rice husk ratio 1:1 had the highest total phenolic content of 8749.00 mgGAE/g DW and treatment was planting in sandy loam mixed with rice husk at the rate of 1:1 was the least value of 5599.07 mgGAE/g DW. The best antioxidant ability was the process grown in chicken manure mixed with rice husk at ratio 1:1 which was 82.05% and the least was planted in sandy loam soil was 71.73%. Therefore, if want to grown for pharmacological use or health food , it should be grown in organic materials will be most suitable.
