บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) พัฒนาระบบและ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านการพ ัฒน าคุณภาพชีวิตแก่ผู้สูงอายุโด ยใช้เทคโน โล ยีสารสนเทศพื้นที่ในการศ ึกษาได้แก่ต าบลเสม็ดอ าเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ขั้นตอนการท าวิจัยแบ่งเป็ น 2ระ ยะได้แก่ระ ยะที่1พัฒน าระ บบโดยใช้วัฏจักรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการจ ากผู้ให้ข้อมูลส าคัญ จ านวน 5 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่pHp, MySQLและ Edit Plusระยะที่ 2ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดย ใช้แบบสอบถาม โด ยมีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเป็น0.82กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุและประชาชนในต าบลเสม็ดได้มาโด ยวิธีการส ุ่มอย่างง่ายจ านวน20คนสถิติที่ใช้ในการว ิเครา ะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐ านผ ลการว ิจัยพบว่าระ บบที่พัฒน าขึ้นมีรูปแบบและเนื้อหาตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ โดยมีผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านความต้องการการท างานของระบบในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.15 ระดับมาก และด้านการใช้งานระบบ ผู้ใช้มีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.35 ระดับมาก
