The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the factors affecting teaching and learning management for students, and 2) to analyze and develop guidelines for managing the teaching and learning process. The research sample comprised 40 third-year undergraduate students majoring in Information Technology, Geoinformatics and Geography, and Environmental Science and Technology at Buriram Rajabhat University, who were enrolled in the Science for Life Quality Development course in the first semester of the 2026 academic year. The research instrument was a questionnaire evaluating factors impacting teaching and learning management across four domains: learner factors, instructor factors, learning venue factors, and technology factors. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results revealed the following: 1) Learner Factors: Students reported satisfaction with the instructional format at the highest level (45.00%) and high level (50.00%). Students were able to conveniently exchange opinions or ask and answer questions regarding course content at the highest level (42.50%) and high level (50.00%). Students demonstrated pre-class preparation and active attentiveness during class at the highest level (30.00%) and high level (42.50%). 2) Instructor Factors: The appropriate use of instructional media achieved student satisfaction at the highest level (52.50%) and high level (42.50%). Clear communication regarding course details, learning objectives, and evaluation criteria yielded satisfaction at the highest level (65.00%) and high level (27.50%). Instructors' teaching capability to facilitate content comprehension achieved satisfaction at the highest level (57.50%) and high level (35.00%). 3) Learning Venue Factors: Student satisfaction with the physical learning space was reported at the highest level (35.00%) and high level (40.00%). The overall suitability of the facility for learning was rated at the highest level (37.50%) and high level (40.00%). 4) Technology Factors: The appropriateness of the instructional technology used was rated at the highest level (37.50%) and high level (35.00%). The alignment of instructional technology with current situational demands achieved satisfaction at the highest level (42.50%) and high level (45.00%).
