Preface

This course has been written for students who had studied Business English I before, and majoring in Business English. The purposes are to provide efficient solutions to language learners whose goal is to improve their business English skills.
This handbook is divided into seven chapters compiled according to the course description set by Buriram Rajabhat University. Chapter one informs learners about introduction to business which aware them to know the importance of business. Chapter two is about career prospects of business which is advantage for the learners in the future. Chapter three is relevant to customer service, heart of doing business. Chapter four is studied about business negotiation which learners are able to deal with the customers. Chapter five is designed for business presentation, discussing how to give effective business presentation. Chapter six is about business organization, and chapter seven is about business letter, focusing on business letters writing. The language in the courses is intended to be accessible to undergraduate level students and above. In addition, this course focuses on developing four English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for business skills and for a successful occupation in the future.
The author hopes that this teaching handbook will be useful for English major students of Buriram Rajabhat University. Finally, the author would like to thank the senior teachers who encourage her to write this teaching handbook. Without them, this would not be possible.
